Jade is a self employed mental health blogger and entrepreneur from the UK. Today expect to hear about how to structure your day to avoid burnout, the challenges that being autistic presents when you are self employed and how to overcome them. Jade Marie is an opinionated twenty-six-year-old award-nominated mental health and autism awareness blogger. I've spent the past 4 years creating educational, honest, and hopefully sometimes funny content, talking about the reality of living with mental health conditions and running her own business; all while being on the autistic spectrum.
