My Spiritual Awakening/Mental Hospital/Psychosis/Bipolar Experience. Kundalini (They said I was crazy!) Hello beautiful people! This is a video I have been meaning to make for a long time. I have quite the story for you guys! I hope that it finds the right people and anyone in need of information or to just not feel alone in their journey. I felt very alone in mine when everything happened. ** DISCLAIMER- I do not recommend anyone going off medication for bipolar if they have been diagnosed with it. This was a very personal experience and I knew what was right for me. I have done a lot of research and came to the decision I knew was right for myself. Please be careful not to rush into any decisions, without doing a lot of research, even if you feel that your experience was spiritual in nature. I intend on making more videos involving spirituality and my journey so far. I do not claim to be an expert on the topic, as i'm still figuring everything out myself. I suspect that will be a life-long process! I do, however, know that for me sometimes the ride is extremely difficult and at other times incredibly beautiful. I have learnt so much about myself and have been putting together the pieces of my experience during the last 5 years.
