for unemployed autistic folks: what is the main reason why you aren't working?

I hear these high statistics about Autism unemployment and I'm curious as to why. I have my reasons why I find working difficult, but I'm curious what you have to say. :)

What is the main reason why you aren't working?

Working and my autism are just not compatible with each other

I don't think I would be accommodated properly

I've been trying to find work, but I've been rejected from all of them

I've had a bad expierience at a previous job/trying to get a job

I'm too busy ( full-time education, caring responsibility, have kids)
