About the Job Hello sitters! We are an LGBT family with an awesome autistic 3-year-old named L. We have a new baby on the way, due in Feb and we really need a sitter for doctor visit mornings, and maybe even an occasional date night before number 2 comes. Anyone with a flexible schedule that could just send us theirs ahead of time would be great, we could just coordinate doctor visits around what you have going on. We will need a sitter that can really hold our hand through this and become someone we can wholly trust with our kid. We worked so hard to get her (multiple pregnancy losses) and just thought we wouldn't have anyone babysit her until she could talk. Now with her being 3 and still behind to pick up language combined with this new pregnancy, it's finally time to get out of our comfort zone and be open to the idea of someone watching her. Oh, and I should add that both of our parents live out of state so even they have never babysat her. She's legitimately never had a babysitter, so we are hoping to find the perfect one for her. She loves playing with small handheld dolls, loves water and sensory play, and loves music. Also should note that we are vaccinated and we hope to find a Covid vaccinated caregiver as well, along with CPR certification and experience with Neurodiverse kiddos. Thanks!
