Disability:IN 2023 Global Conference and Expo



2023 Conference Agenda at a Glance

Here is a brief overview of the Conference schedule (all events and times are subject to change). A more detailed agenda will be available in February 2023. Recognition of the Disability Equality Index Top-Scoring Companies and Inclusion Awards presentations will take place at plenary sessions during the conference. While the conference will be primarily in-person, if you are not able or do not wish to travel to Orlando, we will again offer a virtual participation option. This will include live streaming of all the plenary sessions, a select number of breakout sessions, and the ability to interact with conference attendees via our conference app.

Monday, July 10: Monday is a pre-conference day, mostly consisting of invitation-only meetings.

  • Inclusion Works Meeting: all-day, open only to companies in the Inclusion Works program.

  • Affiliate Summit: for Disability:IN Affiliate leaders

  • A variety of committee meetings

  • NextGen Matchmaking

  • Welcome Party: 7:00pm – 9:00pm

Tuesday, July 11:

  • Opening Plenary: 8:00am – 9:30am

  • Breakout sessions: 10:00am – 11:15am

  • Lunch Plenary: 11:30am – 1:00pm

  • Breakout sessions: 1:30pm – 2:45pm

  • Afternoon Plenary: 3:00pm – 4:30pm

  • NextGen Matchmaking

  • Expo Reception: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Wednesday, July 12

  • Various committee meetings throughout the day

  • Expo: 7:30am – 11:30am

  • Supplier Diversity Matchmaking: 8:30am – 11:00am

  • Lunch Plenary: 11:30am – 1:15pm

  • Breakout sessions: 1:30pm – 2:45pm

  • Breakout sessions: 3:00pm – 4:15pm

  • Disability Pride Party: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Thursday, July 13:

  • Breakout sessions: 9:00am – 10:15am

  • Closing Plenary: 10:30am – 12:00pm
